Employment Type : Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM Consultant with proven end-to-end implementation experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and Financial Consolidation and Close Service (FCCS).

The role requires deep functional knowledge of reconciliation and consolidation processes, as well as hands-on technical expertise in data integration, automation, performance optimization, and system administration.

The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle EPM solutions to enable accurate, timely, and compliant financial close and reconciliation Responsibilities :

1. ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) Implementation & Expertise :

  • Design and implement Reconciliation and Transaction Matching modules based on business requirements.
  • Configure Auto Submit and Auto Approve rules at both Profile and Format levels to streamline reconciliation Integration & Management :
  • Configure Data Management (DM) mappings and workflows for balance and transaction data ingestion.
  • Set up pre-mapped balances / transactions to reduce reconciliation preparation time.
  • Develop and manage integrations with ERP Cloud, BIP Reports, and flat-file sources.
  • Ensure data validation rules are in place to maintain data & Troubleshooting :
  • Monitor ARCS system performance and identify bottlenecks.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for reconciliation delays, data mismatches, or automation failures.
  • Tune system configurations for optimal Optimization & Governance :
  • Identify opportunities for automation in reconciliation workflows.
  • Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to ensure reconciliation processes align with audit and compliance & Knowledge Sharing :
  • Maintain technical configuration documents, integration design specifications, process flow diagrams, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions to improve adoption and FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Service) Implementation & Design & Configuration :
  • Configure FCCS applications to support multi-entity, multi-currency financial consolidation processes.
  • Define consolidation rules, calculation scripts, and data mappings for accurate financial reporting.
  • Set up security roles, access rights, and approval hierarchies to meet compliance Logic & Reporting :
  • Implement intercompany eliminations, currency translation adjustments, and minority interest calculations.
  • Configure Balance Sheet and P&L consolidation rules as per IFRS / GAAP standards.
  • Develop custom financial reports and dashboards in Oracle Smart View and EPM Reporting Web & Validation :
  • Design and execute unit, system, and UAT test scripts to ensure system stability and accuracy.
  • Analyze and resolve data discrepancies between FCCS, ARCS, and source & Scheduling :
  • Leverage EPM Automate scripts for automated data loads, metadata updates, and scheduled processes.
  • Integrate FCCS with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, PeopleSoft) for seamless data Skills & Tools :

Oracle EPM Cloud : ARCS, FCCS, Data Management (FDMEE in on-prem equivalents)

Data Integration : ERP Cloud Data Extracts, BIP Reports, Flat Files, REST / SOAP APIs

Automation : EPM Automate, Shell Scripting, Batch Processing

Reporting Tools : Smart View, EPM Reporting Web Studio

Performance Monitoring : Activity Reports, Job Console Analysis, System Diagnostics

Testing Tools : Test automation frameworks for EPM Cloud (optional but Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, or related field.
  • 58 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementations, specifically ARCS & FCCS.
  • In-depth understanding of financial close cycles, reconciliations, and consolidation methodologies.
  • Experience in multi-ERP environments and multi-currency reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management Qualifications :
  • Oracle EPM Cloud certification(s) in ARCS and / or FCCS.
  • Exposure to Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) or on-premise EPM tools.
  • Experience with Agile project delivery and DevOps practices for EPM.
