Job descriptionNoida (On-site) : 10 positions Remote : 10 positions Manage full-cycle IT recruitment for multiple technical roles. Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, , Indeed, etc.), social media, and referrals. Conduct screening calls and evaluate candidate suitability. Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with hiring managers. Track and manage candidate pipelines through the ATS. Stay updated with the latest IT hiring trends and technologies. Experience : 1–4 years in IT recruitment (domestic / international). Education : Any graduate (HR or IT background preferred). Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Vacancies :
Salary : ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience)
