Job description

Must Have Skills :

Strong programming experience in Java (mandatory) with exposure to TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python.
Expertise in Automation Testing using Selenium WebDriver and frameworks like TestNG / JUnit.
Proficiency in API Testing using Postman and automation with REST / JSON APIs.
Solid experience in SQL (queries, stored procedures) for database testing.
Hands-on experience in UI Automation and end-to-end testing.
Strong knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices-based applications.
Experience in Kubernetes, containerized applications, and orchestration.
Cloud deployment / hosting experience on AWS and Azure.

Good to Have :

Knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber / SpecFlow).

CI / CD exposure with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps).

Role & Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for Web, API, and UI testing.

Collaborate with development teams to test Java / Spring Boot microservices deployed on AWS / Azure Kubernetes.

Write and execute complex SQL queries for backend validation.

Perform API testing and automation using Postman and integration with CI / CD pipelines.

Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance testing for enterprise-grade applications.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement in QA practices.
