Product Launch Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination : Manage the end-to-end coordination of product launches, ensuring alignment with timelines, regulatory requirements, and commercial objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as the liaison between business development, operations, supply chain, regulatory, QA, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Timeline & Milestone Tracking : Develop and maintain launch project plans, track milestones, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to prevent delays.
• Communication & Reporting : Provide clear and timely updates to senior leadership on launch status, risks, and required decisions.
• Issue Resolution : Escalate and drive resolution of operational or cross-functional issues that may impact launch success.
• Documentation & Compliance : Ensure proper documentation of launch plans, decisions, and actions while supporting compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance launch processes, tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
