Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Advisor Recruiting Sourcing Specialist located in Bhopal. The role involves sourcing and recruiting potential advisors, managing employer branding initiatives, conducting interviews, and recruitment advertising. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building a pool of talented advisors to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Recruiting and Interviewing skills
• Experience in Employer Branding and Recruitment Advertising
• Familiarity with Information Technology tools and platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with the team and manage relationships effectively
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
