Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years in IVR (Interactive Voice Response) development and 2+ years in a team leadership role .
Hands-on expertise in IVR platforms such as Twilio and Microsoft 365 .
Certifications in IVR technologies (e.g., Twilio , Cyara ) are an added advantage.
Experience working with cloud environments like AWS or Azure , along with exposure to Kubernetes and CI / CD pipelines .
Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira , GitHub , and Confluence .
Strong understanding of security and privacy standards pertaining to customer data management .
Technical proficiency in .NET , Java , Node.js , and other scripting languages .
Demonstrated leadership, communication , and team management skills.
Excellent analytical , problem-solving , and attention-to-detail capabilities.
