Role Overview :

We are looking for a talented Videographer / Photographer with strong video editing skills to join our creative team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in shooting high-quality visual content for social media, advertising, product showcases, and brand campaigns — along with solid post-production expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, high-quality deliverables for social media, YouTube, ads, and websites.
  • Add graphics, text overlays, transitions, sound effects, and background music to enhance storytelling.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and social media teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Adapt long-form content (e.g., interviews, shoots, podcasts) into short-form social media videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks).
  • Maintain organized project files and manage video assets efficiently.
  • Implement feedback quickly and meet project deadlines.
  • Stay updated on current trends in video content, social media formats, and editing tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience : Minimum 5 years of professional video editing experience (3 years in an agency setting preferred).
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong understanding of pacing, transitions, and narrative flow.
  • Ability to color-correct, balance audio, and optimize for multiple platforms.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and creative flair.
