HiLabs - Technical Architect - Backend Development & System Architecture

We are a leading Software as a Service (SaaS) company that specializes in the transformation of data in the US healthcare industry through cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Tech Architect (Tech Architect-1) to lead the design, optimization, and rollout of scalable platforms while maintaining a strong individual contributor (IC) focus. Ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Java, Python, Spring Boot, ETL Pipelines, and Airflow, with experience in message queues like AWS SQS, RabbitMQ, or similar. A strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS), DevOps automation, and microservices architecture is crucial. The role will involve managing technical debt, cost optimizations, cross-functional collaboration, and establishing reusable platforms & tools for the organization

Responsibilities :

System Architecture & Optimization :

• Design and implement scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient architectures for backend systems.
• Optimize performance, database queries, and cloud infrastructure.
• Define best practices for microservices, event-driven designs, and service integrations.
• Continuously improve system design to reduce technical debt and improve maintainability.
