Role & Responsibilities

As an Application Support Engineer, the candidate will serve as a software detective, providing dynamic services to identify and resolve issues within critical business systems. Key responsibilities include :

• Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems
• Analysing system performance
• Ensuring smooth operation of applications to support business processes
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand and address their needs
• Providing timely solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency
• Independent performance and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Active participation in team discussions and solution provision
• Documenting processes and solutions to support team knowledge
• Continuous learning to keep up with latest technologies and best practices
