Position : Assistant Manager – Finance

CTC : ₹4 – 5.5 LPA (commensurate with current CTC and experience)

Location : Bhubaneswar / Jamshedpur

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced finance professional to join our team as Assistant Manager – Finance . The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of finance operations, statutory compliance, and reporting frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Payment Processing : Timely and accurate processing of payments to employees, vendors, and government authorities.

Monthly Finalization : Preparation and finalization of monthly financial statements along with variance analysis reports.

Board Support & MIS : Prepare financial reports and presentations for board meetings; manage regular MIS reporting.

Payroll & Statutory Compliance : Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and personal income tax regulations.

TDS, MCA, ROC Compliance : Ensure timely deduction, deposit, and return filing for TDS; handle statutory filings under MCA / ROC.

Related Party Transactions : Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulations governing related party dealings.

Expense Provisions : Accurate provisioning of expenses in accordance with accounting standards.

Taxation : Working knowledge and compliance with GST and Income Tax laws.

ERP System Knowledge : Working knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualification : CA Inter / CMA Inter

Experience : Minimum 1 - 2 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant finance / accounting role.
