Quality Control Analyst

Role : QC Ingest Specialist – Moving Image Experience : 4–7 years

Role Purpose

The QC Ingest Specialist – Moving Image is responsible for reviewing video and motion project files delivered by the Tier 1 agency. The role ensures that editing and animation source files align with the campaign toolkit, match the client-approved final output, and are complete and ready for adaptation. This includes managing DAM uploads and metadata for all approved moving-image assets.

Key Responsibilities

1. QC & Toolkit Compliance

• Review project files from Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, AutoDesk Flame, Avid Pro tools Ultimate.
• Validate that timelines, compositions, graphics, supers, transitions, and animation rules match the approved low-res reference output.
• Check adherence to brand motion guidelines, supers placement, safe zones, and toolkit templates.
• Ensure assets are structured to support multi-format adaptation (16 : 9, 9 : 16, 1 : 1, etc.).
