Business Lead - UPI & BBPS Domain - IIM / IIT

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional to own and manage the UPI & BBPS business P&L. This role requires deep expertise in digital payments, strong commercial acumen, and proven ability to collaborate with product, technology, and external partners to deliver growth and Responsibilities :

• P&L Ownership : Drive revenue, cost optimization, and profitability for UPI & BBPS businesses.
• Business Strategy : Define and execute the growth roadmap across customer acquisition, transaction growth, retention, and monetization.
• Ecosystem Management : Work closely with NPCI, banking partners, BBPS operators, billers, merchants, and other ecosystem players to drive adoption and innovation.
• Cross-Functional Leadership : Collaborate with product, technology, risk, compliance, and

marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
