The role requires a visionary Creative Director who can lead the creative development of our fine jewelry brand on Amazon. This position shapes and executes a compelling brand presence across all customer touchpoints, from product imagery to A+ content, ensuring our designs are presented with clarity, luxury appeal, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and lead the visual and creative direction of the brand within the Amazon ecosystem.
- Direct all photography efforts, including product, model, and lifestyle shoots, by developing clear guidelines, detailed shot lists, and briefs.
- Collaborate closely with graphic design teams to bring the creative vision to life across all content formats.
- Review and quality-check all content received from photographers and videographers to ensure it meets brand standards and Amazon platform requirements.
- Oversee creative execution for product detail pages, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and Amazon best practices.
- Partner with the Product, Business Analytics, and Strategy teams to ensure accurate, compelling visual representation of all SKUs on product pages.
- Use performance data and competitive analysis to continuously optimize visuals and content to improve conversion rates.
- Own the creative workflow, ensuring efficient processes, clear approvals, and on-time delivery while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
Requirements :
3+ years of experience in a senior creative role, ideally in luxury categories or Amazon.Proven expertise in art direction, visual storytelling, or brand development.Deep understanding of Amazon content strategy, including listing images, Storefronts, and A+ content.Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and hold creative partners accountable.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of creative deliverables from concept to completion.Exceptional eye for detail, luxury aesthetics, and product presentation.Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to set up scalable creative processes.Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and principles is recommended to effectively collaborate with design counterparts.Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly in a performance-driven environment.What Success Looks Like :
