DBT ETL expert - CREQ Description

• Overall 5+ yrs experience with various data platforms, data warehousing initiatives including at least 2 implementation experience with airflow and DBT.
• Develop and maintain data models, transformations, and SQL queries within the DBT framework to support reporting and analytics initiatives is mandatory.
• Thorough understanding and application of AWS services related to Cloud data platform is mandatory AWS S3, AWS Glue, Amazon Redshift.
• Implement best practices for data modelling, schema design, and version control within DBT, ensuring consistency and scalability across projects is mandatory.
• Optimize and troubleshoot ETL processes to improve performance, reliability, and data quality.
• Should have Ability to translate the tech spec into working code
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in ETL technologies, incorporating new tools and techniques as appropriate like Airflow and - - - DBT specific CICD, Version Control and Automated Testing.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to deploy and monitor ETL pipelines in production environments.
