Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Person to lead and grow our sales function within the insurance vertical. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, leading high-performing teams, and optimizing sales operations. This role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to achieve and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and expand business in insurance sales by identifying opportunities, setting targets, and ensuring consistent delivery of revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales , Account Executives, and support staff.
- Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous learning.
- Utilize G Suite and Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel) for reporting and data analysis.
- Maintain and manage sales databases, trackers, and team performance records.
- Audit sales calls to ensure adherence to pitch and process standards.
- Identify gaps and coach the team to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
- Streamline sales processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Develop, manage, and improve sales dashboards and reporting tools.
- Track KPIs and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and forecasts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Use insights to refine strategies and identify new areas for growth.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales operations or team management roles.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Ability to inspire, guide, and align a sales team towards common goals.High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with formulas, pivot tables, and reporting tools.Comfortable working with G Suite tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).Strategic thinker with the ability to work hands-on when needed.Analytical and data-driven approach to sales performance.Passion for developing people and driving measurable results.Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing business needs.Preferred experience in insurance, customer support, credit card, or loan industries.Skills : sales,microsoft,data,operations,excel,audit call,management,build business,g suite
