Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in OPITO approved ONGC Advanced Training Institute, Betul, Goa for an OPITO HSE / Instructor. The role involves basic training coordination, safety and assistance in Offshore Safety training programs tailored to the standards of the global offshore Oil & Gas industry.

The candidate will also be resport to OPITO Centre Head for duties relevant to Training, HSE, Learner Co-ordination and other assigned tasks.

Higher roles assigned on the basis of candidate performance and its subsequent responsibilities could include advicing ONGC ATI Management and developing training materials for OPITO and other Training Accredititations, Mentoring Center Staff, Liaising with VIP Guests, Visitor and participants, conducting management level performance evaluations (KPIs), and staying updated with safety regulations and practices relevant to the offshore industry.

Qualifications Required (Atleast two of any of the following mentioned below) :

• HSE qualified (NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.)
• Industry recognised (Offshore) Trainer and / or Assessor Certificate
• HUET Diver
• Pool Lifeguard
• Crane Operator
• ISO 9001 or any other industry recognised (Offshore) Internal / Lead Auditor Certificate
• Internal Verifier
• Other Qualifications in Safety or relevant

Technical and skill development trainings and certifications will conducted on-job and periodically for candidate applying for both professional and career growth.

Offered starting salary : [₹4,20,000 / -] Annual + Medical Insurance + PF + Others

Working Days : Monday to Saturday with Paid leaves, Government Holidays, etc.

Non-Working Days : Sunday

Timings : 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m.
