Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via email, phone, or chatManage client accounts, onboarding, and routine follow-upsCoordinate with internal teams to fulfill client needs and resolve issues promptlyMaintain accurate records of client interactions and service requestsPrepare reports, track service metrics, and provide feedback for process improvementBuild and nurture positive client relationships to support retention and growthThe Profile
Requirements :
Proven experience in customer service or client relationship rolesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in using CRM systems and productivity toolsA proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)The Employer
