Role Summary

Lead end-to-end underwriting operations for a major US P&C insurance client. Manage pre-issuance tasks and post-issuance work. Drive delivery excellence, streamline processes, and partner with internal automation / quality teams to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee complete underwriting workflow across US regions with a 100+member team.

Ensure SLA / KPI delivery and manage peak renewal periods smoothly.

Standardize processes across locations under a Centre of Excellence model.

Act as the main contact for the client’s India underwriting leadership.

Lead automation, transformation, and operational improvements.

Guide and develop underwriting teams.

Minimum Requirements

Graduate

Strong underwriting operations background with team-handling experience

Good analytical and data-driven working style.

Experience in transitions
