This role is open across TMF India office locations, Mumbai, Pune, Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, and Bangalore.

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to :

  • Lead market business development (inbound and outbound) for Corporate clients, leveraging TMF Group’s network.
  • Supports the Market with the development of new services or improvement of existing ones by providing feedback to the Heads of Practices, the Regional Head of Business Development on market developments and client needs.
  • Line-management responsibility for Account Directors and oversight of other colleagues performing our services.
  • Personally engage with clients to support larger RFPs, support a portfolio of global clients, and lead on service delivery issue resolution.
  • Drive CSAT scores and manage improvements.
  • Lead a team of Account Directors and collaborate with Market Practice Heads (Accounting & Tax, HR & Payroll, Global Entity Management) for escalation management and issue resolution.
  • Ensure flawless service delivery to clients in collaboration with Financial Services and Corporate Market Segment Leaders.
  • Achieve segment ACV growth (excluding renewals).
  • Increase the total size of Corporate practices revenue.
  • Accountable for improving the Engagement Scores of his / her team members.
  • Leads or contributes to hiring and developing talent within his / her team.
  • Inspires and reinforces TMF Culture and Values.

ABOUT YOU : : Ideally, you meet the following hiring criteria :

  • 17+ years background in corporate services, preferably in business development leadership roles, with hands-on client service experience
  • Proven track record of revenue growth as a P&L owner and / or from a Business Development / Relationship Management role with sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commercial leader mindset with the ability to develop teams' skillset by setting the example of best practices
  • Extensive proven experience within the market, with personal market credibility, and an interest in TMF services
  • Able to “solution sell” where the ability to listen to the stakeholders and understand what they really need is more meaningful than a hard sell
  • Able to manage coordination of complex multi-jurisdictional proposals involving multiple business lines;
  • Proactive approach, able to collaborate and get results in a matrix environment
  • Team player with sensitivity towards different cultures
