▷ High Salary : Technical Project Manager — Fintech Platform (AI, SaaS, Collections Tech)

About Us :

E-Solve is building India’s next-generation hybrid debt collections platform — combining AI calling, payments, analytics, and field operations. Our goal is to create the most compliant, multilingual, and efficient debt-resolution ecosystem in the country.

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of our platform MVP — coordinating engineers, data scientists, and integrations across telephony, payments, and analytics.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead 6–8 member cross-functional tech team through sprints.

2. Translate founder vision into actionable specs, user stories, and tickets.

3. Drive backend (Node.js), frontend (React), and ML integration tracks.

4. Manage vendor integrations (Exotel, Gupshup, Razorpay, etc.).

5. Track project timelines, risks, and dependencies; report weekly progress.

6. Maintain API documentation, release notes, and sprint dashboards.

7. Ensure compliance (RBI / DRA) and security standards are implemented.

Required Skills :

1. 6–10 years experience in SaaS or fintech product delivery.

2. Strong command of Agile / Scrum practices (Jira / Linear).

3. Technical understanding of REST APIs, JSON, databases, AWS basics.

4. Prior experience working with engineering teams and data science projects.

5. Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.

Tech Stack Familiarity Required :

1. Languages / Frameworks : Node.js, Python, React basics (not coding, but reading logs)

2. Tools : Jira / Linear, GitHub, Slack, Notion, Postman, Swagger

3. Infra : AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM), Docker basics

4. APIs : Twilio / Exotel, Razorpay, Gupshup, REST webhooks

5. Data tools : SQL, Metabase, or analytics dashboards

6. AI / ML : Familiar with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow workflow

7. Security : Encryption, RBAC, audit logging

Nice to Have :

1. Exposure to payments, reconciliation, or collections systems.

2. Prior startup experience or zero-to-one product build.

3. Knowledge of voice / telephony APIs and WhatsApp integrations.
