Business Analyst – Insurance (Guidewire PolicyCenter)

Job description5+ years as a Business Analyst in the Insurance (P&C) domain 2+ years of experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter Strong understanding of policy administration workflows Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills Experience : 5–8 years Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days preferred Location : Noida / Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Chennai Work Mode : (Hybrid / Remote / On-site) Interview Mode : (Virtual / Face-to-Face)

Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the liaison between business and technical teams for GW PolicyCenter initiatives
- Manage end-to-end policy processes — issuance, renewal, cancellation, and endorsements
- Perform RCA, coordinate with QA, and ensure timely issue resolution
- Support UAT and create detailed process documentation
