Requirements :

✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

✅ 2–3 years of experience in instructional design within EdTech or publishing

✅ Strong grasp of instructional design principles (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.)

✅ Experience in creating storyboards, eLearning modules, and digital course content for IT subjects

✅ Proficiency in tools like Articulate, Captivate, or similar will be an added advantage
