Job Title            -    Oracle Fusion SCM Order Management Functional Consultant

Experience       -     5 – 10 Years

Location           -      PAN India

Notice               -      Immediate to 15 days

Requirements : -

• Order Lifecycle Management : Overseeing the entire order process from order entry and payment to fulfillment and delivery.
• Inventory Management : Maintaining accurate stock levels across all sales channels and optimizing inventory to prevent stockouts and overstock.
• Multi-Channel Coordination : Managing orders from various sources, including e-commerce, physical stores, and call centers.
• Customer Service Enhancement : Providing customers with real-time order status updates and improving overall customer satisfaction.
• Process Automation : Streamlining workflows to reduce manual tasks and minimize errors.
• Reporting & Analytics : Utilizing the OMS to generate data-driven insights on sales, customer behavior, and inventory.
• Logistics Coordination : Routing orders to the most efficient fulfillment centers.
• System Deployment & Configuration : Installing and configuring the OMS software and its associated components.
• Monitoring & Maintenance : Ensuring the OMS is running efficiently and maintaining its performance.
• Troubleshooting : Identifying and resolving technical issues within the OMS.
• Agent & Target Management : Managing the interaction between the OMS and its agents, which discover and monitor targets.
• User Interface Management : Providing users with access to the OMS interface for monitoring and management.
