Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for the position of Business Head. The Business Head will be responsible for leading and managing the company's overall operations, developing and implementing strategies, driving business growth, and ensuring financial sustainability. The candidate will oversee project development, build and maintain partnerships, and lead a team to achieve organizational goals. While the role is primarily based in Surat, Gujarat, there will be flexibility for certain tasks to be performed remotely.

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
• In-depth understanding of renewable energy trends, business operations, and financial acumen
• Experience in project management, business development, and building organizational partnerships
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
• Ability to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams effectively
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in the renewable energy industry is a strong advantage
• High level of adaptability and ability to work in hybrid work environments
