Of leads conversion % business numbers etc. Relationship Management Sales target achievement & Process Adherence Ensure Target Vs Achievement always Ensure excellent rapport with the Branch Managers & LG to maximize productivity Ensure and demonstrate supportive behaviour with field BM / GH Ensure and demonstrate supportive behaviour with other functions in the organisation Ensure Processes are adhered to as per TAT. Quality -Sales Support Ensure Quality standards in sales support process with efficient escalation mechanism Dialer Software support integration & enhancement To manage the above for smooth functioning on the floor.
