Guest Relations Executive [18 / 10 / 2025]

A leading Villa Management Company is looking to hire a Guest Relations Executive.

Candidates should be organized, as well as proactive and communicate well. Experience in hospitality will be an added advantage.

Key responsibilities :

• Greet and assist guests during arrivals, departures, and throughout their stay.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with the Operations Executive and teams (housekeeping, maintenance) to fulfill guest needs.
• Arrange services such as transport, dining, and activities as requested.
• Maintain accurate records of guest details and preferences to provide tailored service.

Salary Range : INR 25000 to INR 28000
