Indian Institute of Art & Design (IIAD), New Delhi , is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the Admissions function for its BBA — Undergraduate Programme .
Role Overview
The Senior Manager – BBA Admissions will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing admissions strategies for IIAD’s undergraduate programs for Business Management. The role requires a proactive, student-focused professional with a strong understanding of the undergraduate management admissions ecosystem, as well as a passion for promoting IIAD’s unique learning model that integrates creativity, critical thinking, and industry relevance.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement annual admissions plans and enrolment strategies for Undergradaute Business Management programs.
- Forecast targets, monitor progress, and optimize lead-to-enrolment conversion.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Academic teams to design targeted campaigns, digital promotions, and engagement initiatives.
- Analyze trends in student interests, competitor offerings, and industry requirements to inform strategy and positioning.
Student Recruitment & Engagement
Conduct counseling sessions with prospective students and parents to communicate IIAD’s academic philosophy, curriculum structure, and career outcomes.Represent IIAD at education fairs, school visits, webinars, and other outreach events across India.Plan and coordinate open houses, campus visits, and portfolio review sessions.Ensure an engaging, personalized, and transparent experience for every applicant from inquiry to enrolment.Admissions Operations
Oversee the entire admissions lifecycle — from lead generation, application management, shortlisting, interviews, to final admissions.Collaborate with faculty members and the academic office for entrance assessments and evaluation processes.Maintain accurate data and reports on enquiries, conversions, and enrolment trends using CRM and admissions management systems.Ensure compliance with institutional policies and documentation standards throughout the admissions process.Key Skills & Competencies
In-depth understanding of the undergraduate admissions ecosystem.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership and people management abilities.Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.Familiarity with CRM systems and admissions tracking software.Qualifications & Experience
Masters or Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university7–10 years of relevant experience in admissions, and student outreach.
