Role : Service Desk Engineer

Experience : 1–3 years

Location : Chennai

Language Requirement : Polish

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Service Desk Engineer to join our team and deliver exceptional technical support in an international voice environment. If you have strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for customer experience, this is your chance to grow with us!

Key Responsibilities :

✅ Handle escalated technical issues from L1 support

✅ Ensure timely ticket resolution within SLA

✅ Maintain compliance with quality standards and company policies

✅ Deliver outstanding customer experience and maintain CSAT

✅ Update worklogs and follow escalation processes

Required Skills :

  • Excellent communication skills with international voice support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting for :
  • Mobility applications
  • Desktop / system issues
  • Outlook, VPN, Citrix, VDI
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office / O365

Good to Have :

➕ Telecom experience (added advantage)
