We are seeking a Content & Creative Strategist – Paid Ads to conceptualise, strategise, and lead creative development for global paid advertising campaigns. This is a role at the crossroads of creative direction, performance marketing, and content production. You’ll work directly with internal teams and a network of freelancers to turn ideas into thumb-stopping ad creatives and high-impact scripts that resonate with audiences worldwide.

This is perfect for someone who loves the art of storytelling as much as the science of performance data.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Concepting

  • Develop ad concepts, content ideas, and campaign angles for Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
  • Create testing frameworks for high-velocity creative experiments.

Content & Script Development

  • Write sharp, persuasive ad copy and video scripts that convert.
  • Ensure messaging is consistent across multiple geographies and brand voices.
  • Creative Production Leadership

  • Brief, coordinate, and guide designers, video editors, and freelancers to produce top-performing ad creatives.
  • Maintain a structured creative calendar and pipeline.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimisation

  • Monitor paid campaign metrics (CTR, ROAS, CVR, etc.) and translate insights into next-round creative tests.
  • Recommend creative pivots based on data and audience signals.
  • Trend & Market Research

  • Track cultural trends, competitors, and platform updates to stay ahead of the creative curve.
  • Surface fresh ideas from global markets to inspire new campaigns.
  • Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance creative strategy, growth marketing, or paid media content.
  • A strong portfolio of high-performing ad creatives or campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and / or YouTube.
  • Solid copywriting and script-writing skills with a knack for persuasive storytelling.
  • Ability to brief and collaborate with designers, editors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort interpreting performance metrics and shaping creative roadmaps from data.
  • Global experience (US, Europe, or multi-market) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and project-management skills; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
