Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Executive based in Zirakpur-Mohali. The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing e-commerce operations, analyzing sales data, managing accounts, coordinating with various teams, and driving sales strategies. The role involves day-to-day management of online sales platforms, overseeing promotional campaigns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and content across various e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities.
- Optimize product content (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) to improve visibility and conversion rates.
- Plan and execute online promotions, discount campaigns, and product launches.
- Handle product uploads, returns, refunds, and customer queries related to online orders.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams for SEO, social media, and paid ads to drive traffic and sales.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to maintain competitiveness.
- Maintain relationships with marketplace account managers and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, platform guidelines, and brand standards.
- Strong understanding of major e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and CMS platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing tools (preferred).
