Role Overview :
We are looking for an
Enterprise Seller
with strong industry connects and proven hunting skills to drive business growth in the
Delhi & NCR
region. The ideal candidate will have deep relationships with
CIOs, CISOs, and IT / Infra Heads , and should possess a solid understanding of
Infrastructure, VMware, and Cybersecurity
solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify, engage, and develop new enterprise accounts across verticals.
Leverage existing relationships with
CIOs, CISOs, and IT Heads
to build pipeline and drive conversions.
Understand customer environments, pain points, and IT strategy to position
Infrastructure, VMware, and Cybersecurity
solutions effectively.
Work closely with OEM partners and internal pre-sales teams to design and deliver winning solutions.
Maintain and grow the regional sales funnel with a strong focus on
hunting and new business acquisition .
Track market trends, competition, and emerging technologies to create strategic opportunities.
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Desired Candidate Profile :
10 years
of experience in
Enterprise IT Sales / System Integration Sales .
Proven track record in selling
Infrastructure, Virtualization (VMware), and Cybersecurity
solutions.
Strong network and relationships with
CIOs, CISOs, and Infrastructure Heads
in enterprise accounts.
Hunter mindset — self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive in generating opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience working with OEMs, channel partners, and technology alliances.
