Job Title : BIM MEP Specialist

Location : Ahmedabad

Experience : 4+ years

Employment Type : Full-time

Objective of the Role :

To ensure project quality and timely delivery by managing assigned teams, overseeing project deliverables, and maintaining compliance with BIM standards and workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

Distribute tasks and monitor progress within the team.

Review and ensure accuracy of BIM models and drawings as per BIM standards and project checklists. Execute the production of BIM models and shop drawings for construction.

Ensure timely completion of all deliverables as per project schedule.

Report progress regularly to the BIM Lead / Manager.

Audit and prepare documents for client submissions.

Prepare RFIs / Clarifications and manage project documentation.

Extract and verify quantities from 3D Models. Contribute to 4D Scheduling and Value Engineering.

Support in team development, mentoring, and efficient resource utilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Software Expertise : AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks (essential).

Experience : Minimum 4+ years in BIM Modelling / Coordination.

Technical Skills : Strong communication, presentation, graphics, writing, designing, and modeling skills.

Soft Skills : Active listening, integrity, adaptability, and openness to change. Ability to handle a team of at least 10 resources efficiently.
