Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP PI (Process Integration) AMS Lead to oversee Application Management Services (AMS) for SAP PI / PO (Process Orchestration) environments. The role involves managing day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization while leading a team of SAP PI / PO support consultants.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in SAP Integration, strong leadership skills, and proven experience managing large-scale AMS operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end support for SAP PI / PO systems, covering incident management, service requests, problem resolution, and system enhancements.

Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization measures.

Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.

Ensure smooth integration across SAP and non-SAP systems.

Lead root cause analysis for recurring issues and provide long-term fixes.

Act as primary escalation point for critical incidents and integration failures.

Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (Basis, ABAP, Functional) for holistic resolution.

Generate regular system health and performance reports for stakeholders.

Lead a small AMS team, manage task allocation, mentoring, and compliance with internal best practices.

Maintain strong communication with business and vendor teams to ensure aligned AMS delivery and SLA adherence.

SAP PI / PO (Process Integration / Process Orchestration)

AMS Operations and Incident Management

Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management

SAP Integration Architecture

Good-to-Have Skills :

Experience in large enterprise environments or multi-vendor AMS setups

Exposure to SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)

Familiarity with SAP Basis and ABAP collaboration workflows

Leadership experience in support operations
