Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives, engage with CXO‑level stakeholders, and ensure rigorous project governance. The ideal candidate will have 7–12 years of proven project and program management experience, be PMP or Scrum certified, and possess strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • End‑to‑End Project Delivery : Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects on time, within scope, and on budget while adhering to governance standards.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership : Coordinate teams across IT, operations, finance, and business units to achieve project objectives.
  • CXO Interaction : Prepare and present project updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to senior executives.
  • Governance & Compliance : Establish project charters, maintain documentation, conduct regular governance reviews, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • RFP Management : Lead the preparation, issuance, evaluation, and negotiation of Request‑for‑Proposal processes for new initiatives or vendor engagements.
  • Reporting & Analytics : Produce high‑quality reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint for executive review.
  • Risk & Issue Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate risks;

track issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Stakeholder Management : Build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Time Management & Prioritization : Balance multiple simultaneous projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

    • Required Qualifications & Certifications

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Certifications : PMP (Project Management Professional) or Scrum Master certification (e.G., CSM, PSM).
  • Experience : 7–12 years of project and / or program management experience, with a track record of delivering large‑scale, multi‑disciplinary projects.
  • RFP Experience : Demonstrated involvement in end‑to‑end RFP processes.

    Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
