Job description

About the Role : We are looking for a talented and curious Generative AI Developer to join our growing AI team. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge projects involving large language models (LLMs), multimodal AI, and custom generative solutions for real-world use cases. You’ll collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to build, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI models that drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and fine-tune LLMs and generative AI models for NLP, image, or multimodal tasks.
  • Implement and optimize prompts, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • Integrate Gen AI capabilities into products, services, and enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, product, backend) to deliver end-to-end AI features.
  • Continuously evaluate new Gen AI tools, models (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral), and platforms (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.).
  • Ensure model performance, scalability, and safety through testing, monitoring, and feedback loops.
  • Participate in research, POCs, and innovation sprints around Gen AI use cases.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in software development or machine learning, with at least 2year in Generative AI or LLM-based projects.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with ML / AI libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
  • Experience working with APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, or similar Gen AI providers.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate), and RAG techniques.
  • Good understanding of model fine-tuning, transfer learning, and model evaluation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other Gen AI orchestration tools.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools.
  • Knowledge of multimodal AI (text + image / audio / video).
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications.
