Role : -Documentation and ICD operation Executive

Exp : -3-5 years of experience in Shipping documentation

Location : - Ahmedabad

Operational Activities of Ahmedabad ICDs & Private Empty Container

Yard

 Handle Day to day ICD Operation.

 Make movement / shipping bill / booking report.

 Container Allotment

 Pre-advise / Pre alert submission to gateway ports for by rail & by road

containers.

 Close coordination with ICD & Port for timely Pre-advise.

 Preparation of documents required for operation.

 Daily In / Out report.

 Liaising with gateway ports for vessel ETA / Cutoff.

 MNR activity / collection follow up with HQ & Customer.

 Taking care of the inventory part for the empty & loaded containers

inside ICDs / Empty Yard and maintain the report.

 Coordination with customer / transporters / surveyor and ICD operation

team.

 Supervise the surveyor for various inspection and survey report
