Job Description

• Lead and scale a design team of 3-4 designers with 3-12 years of experience, fostering creativity and collaboration.
• Define the visual and interaction language across web and mobile platforms for internal products and client projects.
• Create and evolve design systems that balance brand identity, usability, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure design thinking is integrated at every stage of the product lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Experience : 10+ Years

Lead Creative Direction : Head a growing team of designers to deliver exceptional UI / UX solutions across platforms-ensuring functional, aesthetic, and business-aligned outcomes.

Craft Design Systems & AI-Driven Interfaces : Use tools like Figma, UIzard, and AI-assisted design workflows to build scalable, intuitive design systems tailored to Wednesday's and clients' products

Embed Design Thinking in Product Lifecycle : Partner with product and engineering teams throughout discovery, prototyping, testing, and delivery phases to embed user-centricity at every stage.

Drive Client Engagements : Consult directly with clients to understand brand identity, user behavior, and business goals-delivering impactful design strategies that elevate product experiences and drive engagement.

Tech Stack Experience - Figma, UIzard, AI driven design.
