Hiring Sr.Full Stack Developer Ahmedabad : Unicus Shyamal, Shaymal Cross Road Monday to Friday, 11 : 30 AM to 7 : 30 PM (On site) We are looking for an experienced and highly analytical Senior Full Stack Developer to work as a Evaluator for our global Marketplace. In this role, you will review and evaluate the work of software developers, full stack engineers, and technical professionals from around the world. Your goal is to ensure that only skilled, reliable, and high performing experts are showcased on our Marketplace. Key Responsibilities Review the technical profiles, portfolios, and project submissions of developers applying to join our Marketplace. Evaluate web applications, mobile applications, and software projects for quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability. Inspect code samples to assess structure, logic, documentation, naming practices, and adherence to modern development standards. Check the correctness and clarity of technical documentation, setup instructions, and deployment notes. Validate the use of frameworks, libraries, databases, and architectural choices based on industry best practices. Assess communication tone, clarity, and professionalism in client interactions to ensure reliable service quality. Identify code issues, red flags, and technical inconsistencies that may affect long term stability. Prepare clear and structured evaluation notes to help curate strong technical talent for our Marketplace. Stay updated on modern full stack technologies by following trends in backend development, frontend development, cloud services, and software engineering practices. Collaborate with internal teams to refine technical evaluation rubrics, guidelines, and quality standards. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. Five or more years of hands on experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong understanding of frontend and backend technologies. Strong command of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or PHP along with familiarity in modern frameworks. Experience with databases, version control systems, API development, and cloud environments. Ability to read and understand complex code bases and evaluate technical quality quickly and accurately.
