Roles and Responsibilities
- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of new hires.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Non IT Recruitment).Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients / hiring managers.Proficiency in using various tools / platforms for talent sourcing / recruitment (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
