We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in the racking and storage industry . The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building strong client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of the market and a commitment to achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth. You will be responsible for managing key accounts and leading the sales operations team.
- Market & Product Knowledge : Conduct thorough Market Analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors. You must possess in-depth Product Knowledge of our racking and storage solutions to provide expert guidance to clients.
- Client Management : Build and maintain strong Client relationships . You will be responsible for preparing compelling Proposals & Quotations and providing exceptional Customer Support throughout the sales cycle.
- Travel : Demonstrate a willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and expand our market presence.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.Strong background in the racking or storage industry is highly preferred.Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies.Experience with market analysis , proposal preparation, and customer support.Skills
