🔍 Role Overview

As an Operations Executive, you will ensure end-to-end transaction validation across Visa / Mastercard networks, switch systems, and internal customer ledgers. You’ll handle reconciliation, chargebacks, settlement with banks, customer refunds, exception reporting, and income tracking.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Reconcile daily transactions across card networks, switch data & customer ledger
Investigate mismatches & manage refunds, chargebacks, and disputes
Coordinate with banks, switch partners & networks for resolution
Generate reports : settlements, mark-ups, MIS, income accounting
Ensure compliance with Visa / Mastercard & RBI guidelines

🎯 What We’re Looking For

3–5 years’ experience in Forex Card operations, reconciliation & settlement

Sound knowledge of Visa / Mastercard processes, CMS, reconciliation tools (e.g., JIRA)

Strong command of Excel, transactional data handling & GL understanding

Familiarity with RBI & card network guidelines

Excellent communication and analytical skills

💼 Preferred :

Experience in FinTech, banking, or payments | Hands-on with Visa Online / Mastercard Connect | FX mark-up & interchange billing
