We’re looking for a Property Manager to lead operations at our “Seclude Hampi 1800” property in Karnataka — someone who brings leadership, warmth, and attention to detail to every guest experience.

Key Responsibilities-

Oversee day-to-day property operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and guest services.

Lead and motivate the property team, ensuring high performance and alignment with Seclude’s brand values.

Supervise restaurant operations (where applicable), including staffing, service quality, and inventory management.

Maintain the property proactively, address operational issues promptly, and coordinate with the Head Office.

Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory with proper documentation and cost control.

Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.

Monitor guest feedback, maintain service quality, and ensure a memorable guest experience.

Maintain clear communication across departments and with Head Office teams.

Performance Evaluation-

Success in this role will be measured by :

Guest Satisfaction : Positive reviews and repeat visits.

Operational Efficiency : Effective cost control and resource optimization.

Property Maintenance : Consistent standards of cleanliness and upkeep.

Team Management : Staff performance, motivation, and professionalism.

Who You Are -

Prior experience in managing a property

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication in English and Hindi

Proficiency in Kannada is preferred

Proficient in operational tools and systems (PMS, Excel, email).

Hands-on problem solver who values guest satisfaction and teamwork.
