and scalable evaluation solutions. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with proven experience in SaaS-based organizations to lead our marketing efforts, build brand visibility, and drive revenue growth through innovative campaigns and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention
- Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, SEO, social, and paid channels.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Content & Digital Marketing
Oversee content creation (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, landing pages) to position the brand as a thought leader.Manage SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns to optimize organic and paid reach.Create targeted campaigns to support product launches and demand generation.SaaS Growth & Demand Generation
Drive qualified pipeline growth through inbound and outbound marketing strategies.Partner with sales teams to optimize lead nurturing and conversion processes.Implement and manage ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns for enterprise clients.Team & Vendor Management
Lead and mentor a small team of marketers, freelancers, and agencies.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.Analytics & Performance Tracking
Define and monitor KPIs such as CAC, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.Report progress and insights to leadership on a regular basis.Requirements
5+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in SaaS-based organizations.Strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, and growth marketing.Hands-on experience in SEO, digital marketing, content marketing, and campaign management.Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar).Solid understanding of SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, ARR, MRR, churn, pipeline velocity).Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in scaling SaaS marketing functions in high-growth startups.Knowledge of product-led growth (PLG) strategies.Prior experience in ABM and enterprise SaaS campaigns.What We Offer
