About the Role
We are hiring skilled and customer-focused Customer Success Associates (L1) with Hebrew language proficiency to support international customers and deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in global customer support environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer assistance and resolve queries through calls, email, or chat.
Deliver end-to-end issue resolution within defined service timelines.
Document customer interactions and ensure accurate case handling.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
Should have a neutral accent with no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tongue Influence) .
Strong grammar, clarity, and pronunciation.
Customer-first approach with effective problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification
Graduate (preferably from a technical background).
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in international customer support preferred.
Freshers with strong Hebrew proficiency may also apply.
Language Requirement
Must be B2 / B2.2 / C1 certified in Hebrew language.
Valid certification mandatory.
