Curately.ai is looking for a full-stack marketing powerhouse —a sharp, creative, execution-focused marketer who can own all day-to-day marketing activities for an early-stage, fast-moving AI SaaS company in the HR tech and staffing space.

This role is NOT for someone who only wants to manage agencies or create decks.

This is for someone who loves building , experimenting , executing , and shipping marketing work every single day.

You will drive demand generation, paid campaigns, content, website improvements, product marketing, and event support—wearing multiple hats and helping shape Curately’s brand during its rapid growth stage.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Paid Campaigns

• Own all LinkedIn, Google, and paid media campaigns end-to-end—strategy, execution, optimization, reporting.
• Build and manage targeted ICP-focused funnels for staffing, enterprise TA, and MSP / VMS ecosystems.
• Create high-performing landing pages, A / B tests, and conversion optimization experiments.
