Category Management - Intern
What You’ll Do
As a Category Management Intern , you’ll work closely with business and category leaders to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. You will :
- Manage and track P&L at the category level, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth
- Drive process improvements and implement sales funnel strategies to maximize conversions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, finance, supply chain) to support day-to-day execution
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for regular business reviews and leadership updates
- Take full ownership of assigned projects and deliver with speed and accuracy
- Identify gaps in operations and propose data-driven, scalable solutions
- Support strategic planning, pricing, assortment, and decision-making with leadership
