Job description

About this Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated talent acquisition professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing roles efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Understand client requirements and source relevant talent
  • Screen candidates via calls and assess fitment
  • Coordinate interviews and track hiring progress
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and closure reports
  • Build strong talent networks for future hiring

Requirements :

  • 5-15 years of recruitment experience (agency)
  • Strong communication and sourcing skills
  • Familiarity with job portals
  • Energetic, target-driven, and process-oriented
