B Com, M Com, MBA Finance, CA-inter, CA or any equivalent degreeMinimum 2 years experience in handling bookkeeping and accountingGood English written and verbal communication skillsExperience in QuickBooks is an added advantageKnowledge of accounting fundamentalsWhat would be your responsibilities
- Get trained on clients bookkeeping or accounting process
- Train and guide your team members on clients process
- Communicate with your international clients
- Prepare training documentation and manuals
- Handle bookkeeping for US and UK clients
- Prepare reconciliation reports
- Prepare PL, balance sheet, final accounts (if needed)
- Develop good relationship with your clients
- Allocate appropriate tasks to your team members and manage it
- Take responsibility and ownership of your teams projects
