Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and driven Senior React Native Engineer to join our lean and agile team. In this role, you will take complete ownership of our mobile application, which enables live consultations, health tracking, and e-commerce for Ayurvedic products. You will be instrumental in building features from the ground up, ensuring a seamless experience for users seeking holistic wellness.

What You'll Do

• Product Ownership & Vision : Take ownership of core mobile features from ideation to launch, shaping the user experience for wellness seekers.
• Full-Stack Mobile Development : Architect and build high-performance cross-platform mobile apps using React Native for Android and iOS.
• From 0 to 1 : Lead development of new features like live consultations, AI-powered wellness recommendations, and personalized dashboards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Ayurvedic experts, product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
• Performance Optimization : Ensure app speed, responsiveness, and memory optimization for smooth health consultations.
• Native Module Integration : Build and integrate native modules for specialized mobile functionalities.
• API Integration : Integrate with RESTful and GraphQL APIs for real-time data flow between doctors, patients, and the platform.
• Code Quality : Maintain high-quality code through best practices, automated testing, and CI / CD pipelines.
• Research & Innovation : Stay up to date with trends in mobile development and health tech innovations.
• Mentorship : Optionally mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of learning.
