Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Primary Teacher (PRT) at BSM Sr Sec School located in Delhi, India. The PRT will be responsible for planning and delivering instructional lessons, assessing student progress, and creating a positive learning environment. The role also includes preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, maintaining classroom discipline, and communicating with parents and guardians about student progress. The teacher will work closely with other staff members to ensure a holistic and inclusive education experience for all students.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong instructional and classroom management abilities

Ability to develop and adapt lesson plans and teaching materials to various learning styles and educational needs

Experience with student assessment, creating educational plans, and parent-teacher communication

Collaborative skills to work effectively with colleagues and staff members

A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, along with relevant teaching certifications or qualifications

Experience in primary education or teaching at the primary level is preferred
